FOURTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

Lenten
Challenge
If you haven't
yet decided what to do for Lent this year, how about
easing up
on some of the negative thoughts we all indulge in.
The following might help....
Sit for a few minutes each morning and ask yourself
the following questions,
giving time for answers to emerge.
What am I happy about right now? What else could I be
happy about?
What am I excited about? What else could I be excited
about?
What am I proud of? What else could I be proud of?
What am I grateful for? What else could I be grateful
for?
What do I really enjoy in life? What am I committed
to?
You might be surprised what a difference this makes
to you and the people around you!
